Cut the excess fabric away from the corners leaving a 1 4 seam Press the corners from left to right or right to left so that one corner is pressed towards the centre and the other is pressed towards the corner see the photo below Set aside 22 The rest 120 will be sewn into 4 patch Cross blocks Step 1 Turn all 5 inch dark and white charms into 144 half square triangles Start by placing one colored charm on top of a white charm right sides together Draw a diagonal line from corner to corner Sew 1 4 away from the line on both sides Cut the two pieces apart along the diagonal line
